  "Bringing Home The Tree" Snowman

Snowman was made from soft fleece. His face is hand stitched and his nose is made from clay.

Snowmans pants are vintage green flannel. His coat and stocking cap are vintage flannel in plaid.
He's trimmed in hand stained fur and accented with various sizes of rusty jingle bells and artificial greenery, berries and pine cones.

He holds a wonderfully shaped bottle brush tree and I've
wrapped the base in vintage red flannel.
Pinned to his scarf with a rusty safety pin is a set of red flannel mittens with embroidered snowflakes on the front.

Snowman was created from soft plush. His face is hand stitched, he has black bead eyes, a baby carrot nose and wired arms.

His clothing is retro/vintage style flannel fabrics in warm red, green and cream check and his shirt is red/green/white vintage ticking. He's accented with hand stained fur, little rusty jingle bells and decorated with greenery and red berries and faux snow.

Snowman comes with the JOY wood Shelf Sitter. I've repainted/dry brushed and aged the sign to appear vintage and then decorated it with greenery and faux snow.

The JOY sign is approx 6"tall and 12" long
Snowman sits approx 8" tall

Snowman was created from heavy muslin. His face is hand stitched. He has black bead eyes and his nose is a dried carrot from my own oven.

His clothing is created entirely from genuine vintage Christmas fabrics. He's trimmed in fur and decorated with artificial greenery red berries and jingle bells.

He holds a handmade Vintage Style Christmas Wreath accented with tiny pine cones and red berries. Dangling from the bottom are several rusty jingle bells.

He stands on a wood base and is accented with faux snow and glitter.

Lovingly made from muslin which has been stained and aged for a vintage look.

His little face has been hand sculpted. He has black bead eyes and was shaded and accented with artist pencils for character, then sprinkled with magical glitter.

His clothing is all vintage cotton fabrics which have been carefully stitched to create his suitable outfit.

His fur trim is genuine fur and his hair, eyebrows and beard are genuine wool.

He is decorated with artificial greenery and bright red berries, some textured snow and various Jingle bells.

He holds a vintage style bottle brush wreath with a cutout of Santa in the center and a plush teddy bear, both of which I have aged.

Ginger was created from heavy muslin. She's been stained and painted several times to acheive her realistic gingerbread coloring! She's also been carefully dry brushed to acheive areas that mimic little 'burnt' areas (what I refer to as 'crispy around the edges"!)

Her 'icing' was hand painted and created to look dimensional. Her happy, expressive face was also carefully hand painted.

Her bloomers and dress bodice ( the top of her dress) is vintage Christmas fabric featuring tiny candy canes on red background.
Her head bow and skirt are also vintage fabric featuring cocoa cups and gingerbread cookies in the shapes of stars and trees on white background.

She wears a little apron made from muslin with a printed Cocoa cup graphic ( created by IvyCottageHome) on the front.

The bow around her neck is vintage red and white ticking ( stripe) decorated with a rusty jingle bell. Her clothing has been lightly stained.

She holds a fun and whimsical Cocoa cup ornament with a little marshmallow man popping out, and a candy cane that I hand wrapped in more vintage material ( red and green stripes on white) .

Gingers face, hands and feet have been coated in glitter for a sugary look.

This precious "Holly Sugar” Snowman's head and arms are made of heavy muslin which have been stained and aged, his sweet face was hand painted and his nose is a dried baby carrot from my own oven!

His long stocking cap and scarf are vintage red and white herringbone print flannel, his cap is trimmed with hand stained genuine fur, greenery with red berries and a large homemade pom pom on the end. His scarf is decorated with greenery and berries as well.

His body is made from a GENUINE Antique ‘Holly Sugar’ sack (an original item that is not a reproduction) from the early 1930's.

He’s been accented with a touch of textured snow for an added wintery look and stands on a wood base painted black and slightly weathered.
